My philosophy as a personal trainer is for the long term gain for my clients’ health, fitness and wellbeing whilst working towards and achieving their goals. Prioritising my clients core strength, giving them a strong foundation to work with.
I am experienced in training a wide variety of clients of all ages and fitness levels.
If you are looking to lose weight, tone up, improve your fitness or work towards a personal goal, I can offer you that 1-2-1 personal training service, nutritional guidance and encouragement to help you make the changes for you to achieve your goals.
What to Expect
Your first visit will be more of an assessment and consultation, where I will assess your fitness and any physical issues that you may have that we will need to consider for your program.
We will then talk about what your goals are and what you are working towards, how you like to train and what works for you.
During your PT sessions if we come across any resistance (mentally or emotionally) that may be holding you back, we will work through these together so that we can keep moving forward with your progress to achieve the fitness and body that you desire.
